After getting a degree in Computer Science and working in the tech industry for 9 years, I learned jewelrymaking in 2000 and opened a bead shop in 2004. I got involved in working with hardware in my jewelry in 2012, and focused on that medium exclusively once I closed my bead shop in 2013. I have taken a few classes here and there, otherwise I am mostly a self-taught jewelry designer. When I'm not working in my studio, I am helping to promote arts & culture in my city, and working in a psychologist's office. I live in Lowell with my cat Willie.
